  4. Tomatoes take the fourth place. These fruits contain a very important nutrient known as lycopene. This powerful nutrient can help protect women from heart disease and breast cancer. And as an added bonus, tomatoes keep you looking younger.

These are four very important foods for every woman. Eating a healthy diet can help you lose weightor maintain your current dress size.
