Breat Cancer: the Woman Snatcher

Breast Cancer is one of the dreadful cancers known to us in the history of Mankind. Out of every 4 women, one suffers from it in some part of her life. With the present lifestyle changing day by day, This cancer is becoming more and more common within women.


With the chances of any woman developing Breast Cancer in their life is 12%, it would be important to glance through some statistics that throw light on deaths and survivals that took place in the last decade. Analytical Health experts say that about 1.3 million women suffered from Breast cancer in 2007, out of which 465,000 resulted in deaths.


Breast Cancer deaths have been declining steadily since early 90's because of the improvement in the treatments and early cancer detection. This year, only 40, 000 deaths are expected compared to last year.


The unhealthy lifestyle is the basic reason for this cancer to prevail. Unhealthy diet, smoking, drinking alcohol, irregular sleep etc cause this cancer to erupt in most women. A simple change of lifestyle to a more stable one can easily restrict breast cancer from erupting.


Breast Cancer is more prevalent in Western countries because of the above mentioned factors. Heavy work pressures, feeling low in life, etc also add upto the factors. Most of the women who survived breast cancer could do it only by changing their Life style to a more stable one.


Apart from that, Women should be educated and taught to diagnose Breast Cancer at an early stage. Regular and routine checkup should be made compulsory. Government should provide free Health Checkup plans for the larger masses who cannot afford heavy medical bills.


Just following the above simple methods, we can easily curb this dreadful cancer and ensure the safety of our women. Lets act early before this Cancer snatches away our women!
